With a less-is-more approach for the new web design we implemented a new design language for all their services and tools. A new modular design system helps to keep the design on all platforms the same direction. All user journeys got optimized, from product ordering applications through to address changes and invoices - the entire online presence impresses with a simple design with focus on the essentials.
The costs calculator for electricity got reworked as a conversational user interface to interact more personal and emotional with the users. The project still continues on a co-working relationship between EWZ and Notch Interactive to shape the digital future of energy in Switzerland.
