The new Jelmoli app shortens the distance between the customer and the physical premium department store. The focus is on web rooming, which is the buying behaviour in which customers inform themselves online and buy offline.
The customer is thus individually accompanied throughout his or her user journey. The app becomes a shopping guide that inspires and consults. This leads to an emotional experience and thus strengthens the customer's buying decision.
After we won the pitch and started working on the project for a few months, it unfortunately got canceled.
